cass is passionate about the different and individual ways we can each find our inner path to personal peace. she has been a student of meditation through breath and movement since 2016, and her personal experience of profound connection led her to become an instructor and wellness guide.

with a focus on gentle awareness, each flow she sequences is focused on the student connecting with their inner wisdom - to recognize and trust that they are the experts of their own body. cass appreciates the ability to "play" on the mat, often incorporating smiling and laughing to assist in the relaxation into a shape. her classes are inclusive and designed to benefit all bodies. each sequence, just like each student, is unique and allows for individuals to choose what suits them best.

off the mat, she enjoys hiking, standing in awe of the ocean, gardening, walking barefoot in the woods, and stopping to smell the flowers in bloom around her neighborhood. when not playing outside, cass can be found researching a nuanced nutrition topic, tending to her many houseplants, or experimenting in the kitchen with a new recipe.

wanting to shift deeper into intentional living, cass has spent years studying nutrition, mindful living, and implementing holistic wellness practices into her own life. she guides others to do so with real lived experience in making big whole-body lifestyle changes.
